Yes, though it has yet reach 05th May 2006, I am moving full swing into my own self-declared holidays. After the five main core papers, I am feeling less stress having to study for the translation and DNA-related exams. Maybe it's due to the fact that one is merely playing around language (english & chinese) while the other is my favorite module. So, compared to the core papers that I had taken so far, I had decided to give myself a well-deserved break from intensive studying... Haha (^o~)

Surprise!! My sister passed her driving test on the second attempt. Two seems to be her lucky number when it comes to driving, as she had always passed only on her second try (yeah, it's the same for the basic and advanced tests). This motivates me to want to seriously try the advanced test before moving onto practical. But I am weighted down by one main concern - where am I going to find the money to fund the lessons for driving? I am not like my sister who had an income. The lessons are definitely not cheap, almost S$30++ per hour. Plugging into taking the advanced theory test would leave me only half a year's time to complete the driving course, not like the basic theory test (which is valid for maybe two years). Haiz~ what should I do? Maybe take a loan from my sister, letting her enjoy what it is like to be a loanshark... (^o^)

This holiday I would be very busy:

1) Watch my animes that I have missed for the past few weeks
2) Ransack the entire library for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
3) Build Impulse Gundam... (^o^)
4) Catch the movie: The Da Vinci Code (can't wait..."evil grin")
5) ...maybe change the layout for my blog...
6) let's see...maybe study the advanced driving theory...

Ah~~~ That's all that I can think of currently, since I have to also bear in mind that I still have to do the DIP project, plus going for work to earn $$ (hope my boss would not decide to sack me) to pay my next semester school fees.

Recently, Japan had aired a lot of new animes. Those upcoming animes seem promising, so maybe I would be previewing some of them to see whether I like them or not. The results would be reflected in the column for "currently watching". This makes me feel rather sad for the lack of animes broadcast in Singapore. Currently, apart from the 4pm to 5pm timeslot on channel U every saturday and sunday, the other channel airing Japanese animes would be arts central, every wednesday to friday from 11pm to 12pm. Both slots makes it hard for me to follow those animes shown, as I am not someone who can stay up late and weekends are mostly reserved for outings. Though the idea of watching animes does not appeal to everyone (some think of it as silly), I find that it is a good way for me to laugh off my blues and relax. So no matter what my parents and sister might nag, I will stick to enjoying animes with my brother!! In addition, I would be picking up skills from him to build a gundam - Impulse gundam piloted by Shinn Asuka in Gundam Seed Destiny...yeah! (*o*)
