Having grown "older" by another year, I am feeling rather void. With every passing birthday, life became very much standardized. The main goal for life during this period revolved around having to juggle with studies and worrying about money. Fun hop behind when the above are fulfilled. Rather plain way of passing days. Maybe one day I would strike it big, then fly away from home to a strange land to begin a different life. But my heart would still be bounded back at home, since I fully understand that I am quite a "mommy's girl". Haiz~ I know that this is yet another wishful thinking for the time being. But having a dream to hold onto would perk up life a little bit, motivating me to move forward in this dull time. Haha... Ganbatte Sin Fong! (*o*)

The "celebration" yesterday with my two nephews was a rather tiring one. The forever active younger one and the always thinking about buying toys elder one just set me thinking - maybe it is a really bad idea to have brought them out together. Having the duo in action was a bit of testing my patient and tolerance with kids. Why do they have to be so special? They are never like those other kids that one would quite expect. They would never be able to last for even one minute when requested to sit still. Ahhhh... So the lesson learnt - it is always wiser to only allow one to tag along for outing.
I really admired my mom who had to face them every weekdays for almost full 10hrs.

Yesterday, I had stayed up till 12.30pm just to catch the results of the Singapore Election Poll 2006 live. The suspense was long enough, with the first piece of result rolling in after 11pm, one hour into the special aired. So no KTV for today... Maybe next time!!! I would certainly want to test my singing talent... (^o^)
