Finally got to meet up with my NTU tutor... He was a rather nice person... Though a little naggy... Well, I cannot fault him for that... Since the student who had engaged him into those conversations was a little too much... Whoever in their right mind would ask questions like those that he had raised? Below is the very brief write-up on what I could remember:
... between a professor and an engineer, whose job is more relaxing? ...
... start my own company, would it be better? ...
... do I need a PHD for the job? ...
Honestly, the questions he had asked was so much more... But I had lost concentration in trying to pretend that I am interested in the topics he had brought up... I am even wondering if the school had just allocated me a tutor who already had a large number of students to take care of... My tutor was proved to be more inclined towards IC Design and Microelectronics... The undeniable fact that the rest of the IA students under my tutor were handling projects related to IC design depressed me even further... I am feeling so out of place in that group... Luckily, from the little bit of the conversation that I had overheard between my tutor and my supervisor... Dun ask me how I had managed that, they were too loud... I think the assessment for this time round should be okay... The only other complain I had after sitting through the 1.5hrs of meeting with the tutor was that I am required to hand in my report early... 2 weeks before the end of IA...

Had submitted my Final Year Option Choice online... Would be studying Biomedical Electronics finally... Then came the shocker... I totally had no idea who are the professors in the Division of Biomedical Electronics for EEE... The forever out-of-date EEE website could not provide me the staff information I needed... Then how in the world could I source for any professor for my FYP?? In the end, I had to send an email to the professor who had spoke to us during the briefing for the Final Year Option... He was under the School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering... Hope that he would not find my question too stupid...
By the way, the briefing was really boring and a waste of time...
