Time had been rather harsh on me... I am supposed to enjoy a week off from school... And yet, I find myself having to go back to school for the various discussions needed to complete all the reports and assignments... So much so that I rather not have the break... Think about it... How could one be happy when I have to report to school as early as 8.30am almost everyday? It was worse than normal school days... And usually, I have to stay till late afternoon before I could sneak off... What a "great" way to spend the precious break... And so, with some reports and assignments still pending for finalization... School re-opens again... And there is less than 1.5 months before I plunge head-on into my first paper... Too fast... Things are moving too fast for my comfort... Could you slow your pace, dear Earth? This xiao yang is soon going mad from the stress and everything on hand...

The start of this month means more spending on traveling... Though SBS kindly provided a new service route for NTU students... The reduce in the number of stops do not mean decrease in fare... In fact, the fare increases from the usual $0.87 to $0.89... This means that my top-ups have to be more frequent... Or I could find myself in the situation where I have to dig for coins... Please, stop the increments to the fare... It is so ridiculous to be paying more for lesser stops... Though I should not be too surprise considering the fact that I am living here...

I am taking up a new role in life... To be a complain queen... Since last week, the number of complains I had filed to the respective authority or organizations were so scary that I broke my own record...

The town council had to attend to my two complains... But the fault lied with them... What sort of justifications they had when they did not clear up the mess after drilling on the walls? The contractor should know that the cement powder generated could irritate the eyes and throat when come into contact... And yet, they just leave after drilling, leaving my mom and me to clean up... I am fed up with having to wipe the windows each time they decided to start drilling... And my mom is cursing at the dirt despite having washed the corridor... So much so that I lodged a complaint to the town council... But it did not help as usual... Furthermore, after washing the corridor, we realized that the common drain is choked... So I called up the town council again... Only to be transfer to the emergency group as office hours for town council is 8.30am to 4.00pm... But they sent someone down before 8.00pm, and having understood the problem, promised to contact the contractor responsible... However, the pushing game started again after the job went back to the town council... I am keeping track on how long they are going to delay... If for some reasons they find water around the choked drain, they better not fine us... I definitely am going to sue them back!!

And I am complaining to SBS over the redemption of my e-voucher... That day I specially went down to Tampines to exchange my e-voucher (worth $120 for the bus fare I spent) for the gift item... But they ran out of stock, even though the redemption started only about 15mins or so... Then the staff asked me to provide them my address, and say they would send directly to my house on friday... But that is all a lie... I felt so cheated… How could they do this, and still offer the gift items for people to redeem on the website? What about those who failed to redeem their share? I am waiting for any explanations from SBS... They better do not try to shift the blame again...
