Spent a great weekend out shopping…

Met apple at Bugis to go Sim Lim Tower to get the components needed for my PCB… then had lunch together at the food court… super packed during the peak hours… though we managed to grab a sit in no time… ate the Thailand fried noodles… huge serving with lots of seafood and yummy peanuts… a mouth-watering dish for a rather hungry xiao yang… Haha…

After the feast came the window shopping part… both of us set our eyes on the new year cards… and I am tore between whether to get one for Prof Tan or not… since we had decided to get the pineapple tarts le… would be buying those 3-for-10 bucks one… so can share between hui fen, apple and me… that is if hui fen agrees (^o^)… so in the end… each of us just got two cards… and received a rather cute looking pink-colored plastic holder for the purchase…

But the crowd at Bugis was rather scary… everyway we turned… it was just people… maybe it was due to the fact that xiao yang is not very fond of going out… begin cooped up at home too long le… that’s why a little more people then would feel suffocating… but the little outing with apple was fun… and I enjoyed sending apple home (*o*)… maybe we could arrange for another one to get the gifts for the professor and enjoy the festival mood!!

On Sunday… went to Chinatown with my parents to get the decorations for New Year… but in the end… it became a trip to buy clothes for me… had intended not to buy any new clothes for the New Year… but that resolve melted upon seeing those clothes on sales at This Fashion… they might be a bit out-of-fashion… but the designs were very nice and fanciful… not to add to the fact that each piece only cost about 6-8 bucks… so bought a total of 5 pieces… spending 18 bucks… as the reminder 20 bucks were waivered courtesy of my mom (^o^)… this had my sister jumping and pouting when she came back from her project discussion… and made my mom promised that she would accompany her to Chinatown this coming weekend…

And so… I enjoyed the weekend but sacrificed the time to do my tutorials… and I am still in no mood to start them any where… but would have to buck up if I am to ace my studies this semester… so…

Sinful temptations begone!!!

Else I would seriously have trouble covering my school fees for this semester… Haha…

Suddenly realized that xiao yang is gaining too much weight… had trouble fitting into M-sized skirts during my quest for New Year clothing… so decided to go into a diet… starting today…

Wonder how long would I last… Any bets?
